Of course, if your computer has been disabled due to corrupt software or hardware and you are unable to connect to the internet to receive our online support, you may contact our office direct on 03 9312 2406 or 0490072383 any time of the day or night and make alternative arrangements with one of our technical staff. We can also come to you if you are within the Melbourne metropolitan area and provide you with onsite technical assistance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our service is easily accessed via our website. Simply click on the 24/7 live support link on our home page. You will then be connected immediately to one of our technicians.

You can then freely communicate your computer problem via a ‘live chat text box’. The technician will then advise of the approximate time your particular problem will take to fix.

Once you have agreed to proceed, you will be directed to a 256 bit encrypted secure site to make your credit card payment ($45.00 per hour). The only detail we receive about your payment is the receipt number and the amount paid.

Once your payment has been receipted, you will be asked to accept a small download (remote access) to allow our technician to ‘share’ your computer and make the necessary repairs. If you do not have a credit card or feel uneasy paying over the internet, other arrangements can be made over the phone.

The technician will be able to view your screen (desktop) from his computer and will be sharing controlling of your mouse and keyboard to solve the problem.

A chat box will open to you both when communication is required. You will experience first hand, the state of the art remote access technology, enabling computer repairs to be performed before your very eyes in the comfort of your own environment!

Once the service / repair is complete, the support program (remote access) is automatically and completely deleted from your computer. This ensures that no one can access your computer using our software without you initiating the process.
